A Journey by Rail To Riverside: Boston MA 2008

 The Riverside:

A Journey by MBTA Commuter Rail [Green Line]

It was one summer afternoon during our stay on Warren Street in Charles Town of Boston. The Bunker Hill Community College Station on the Orange Line was at a walking distance from our house. I was exploring the countryside of Boston in those days, traveling by rail, by bus or by ferry service available at the (Charles Town) Boston Naval Shipyard. Luckily and most conveniently, the same transit weekly pass was equally honored by any of these three transport services

I boarded a train on Orange Line at Bunker Hill Community College Station:

Changed to Green Line at the Down Town Crossing.

Getting down from the train, walked around, enjoying the surroundings. Serenity prevailed everywhere, golden sunlight of early evening filled the landscape with rich yellow, complementary to the lush green bush along the rail tracks and all around the motorway.

Returned to Charles Town, same way, via Down Town Boston and Bunker Hill Community College.
